How to approach case opening without blowing your bankroll. Below are five rules every CS2 opener should follow.
1. Set a bankroll
Never deposit more than you can afford to lose. Treat case opening as entertainment, not investment.
2. Know the EV
Most cases have a negative expected value. Read the odds before you open.
3. Avoid tilt
If you've had a bad run, walk away. Chasing losses only deepens them.
4. Pick provably fair sites
Verify the seed/hash mechanism before you trust an operator.
5. Cash out
If you hit a big drop, withdraw immediately.
